Priority will be given to internal Astrium applicants. The Network and Communications team provides the basic network infrastructure for interaction of computer devices within Astrium. The main task of the department is the provision of network and communication services for Germany LAN, WAN, Firewall and IP infrastructure services Fixed and mobile phone services Videoconferencing services The jobholder will be responsible for all aspects of the network, phone and videoconference infrastructure in Germany. His main activities will include Management of the network and communication team in Germany Operation of LAN, WAN and IP infrastructure and services Operation of phone services Operation of videoconference services Acting as the escalation point for team and business contacts Management of network projects Support of IT strategy Change management Management of internal and external resources manpower, competences, budget Consultation and support of IM projects and users Providing guidance for customers on network matters Operational planning projects and recurring Regular reporting If you are interested in this position, please apply online via www.jobs.eads.com.
