INGRID IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 3 MPH...6 KM/H. A TURN BACK TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED TONIGHT...FOLLOWED BY A TURN TO THE WEST ON MONDAY. THESE RAINS ARE LIKELY TO RESULT IN LIFE-THREATENING FLASH FLOODS AND MUD SLIDES. WIND...HURRICANE CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO REACH THE HURRICANE WARNING AREA EARLY MONDAY...WITH TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS EXPECTED BY TONIGHT.
