NORBERT IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 9 MPH...15 KM/H. A TURN TOWARD THE NORTHWEST AND NORTH-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED LATER TODAY...FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH ON MONDAY. ON THE FORECAST TRACK... NORBERT WILL CONTINUE MOVING PARALLEL TO AND WELL OFFSHORE OF THE WEST COAST OF THE BAJA CALIFORNIA PENINSULA THROUGH MONDAY.
