RHEA is currently recruiting an IT Service Manager to manage and coordinate the overall ESOC IT services which have been outsourced to overall service providers OSP. This position is based at our clients premises in Darmstadt, Germany. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Support the OSP in ESOC onsite service delivery. Review OSP monthly status, performance, capacity reports for ESOC against the contractual SLAs. Review Units of Charge reports against ordered quantities. Manage the ESOC CITI documentation and actions data base. Define operational procedures for ESOC site service management coordination activities with service interface partners ON, FM. Define and follow up implementation of new customer service requirements. Monitor OSP service alerts and take action for the case of information delay or service interruptions not reported by the OSP. Assist, support and liaise with the new communications service provider for the phase in of the new CITI support contract. Communicate service catalogue content and change to users at ESOC. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Knowledge of the ESOC site business requirements on corporate IT services workplace, LAN, fixed and mobile telephony A good knowledge of the ESOC corporate IT service catalogue ITIL best practices certificate Fluent language skills in English and German desirable Good communication skills and team spirit At least 2 years IT service management experience Results and goal oriented work structure The following skills would be highly desirable IT networking and VoIP experiences are desirable.
