Incorporating BOBST F&K heritage flexo printing technology into BOBST vacuum metallizer, BOBST SelectMet® System runs at speeds up to 400 m/min on BOBST General K4000 platform, enabling one machine to be used for both standard aluminum metallization and selective metallization. SelectMet® is available in metallizer widths of 1,250 mm and 1,650 mm. Flexo printing unit is located inside of vacuum chamber and print head position can be moved accordingly depending on which process is to be run.
