Increase in Service Tax, decrease in Repo Rate: The real estate industry reacts

The Repo Rate by the Reserve Bank of India has been slashed by 25 basis points today and this might probably decrease the interest on home loans. But at the same time our honourable Finance Minister Arun Jaitly in the recent Union Budget has increased the Service tax from 12.4 per cent to 14 per cent.
