Cotton yarn prices have stayed unchanged in the last seven days in India whereas polyester and viscose spun prices were again increasing by contrast. Cotton yarn production has declined in May. Our review of Indian yarn prices covers the domestic and export markets, including carded and combed cotton, poly-cotton, poly-viscose, 100% polyester and 100% viscose. Yarn prices are compared with fiber prices offering latest trends in spinners' margins. Market fundamentals are available on a monthly basis, including production and exports.
