India Yarn Prices: Domestic and Export Markets (Weekly Report)

2018-07-11 18:22:40| EmergingTextiles.com

Spun polyester and viscose prices have begun receding in India, over a fall of fiber prices, in line with the decline of the renminbi and the consecutive reduction of Chinese prices in dollar terms on the international market. China's cotton yarn imports could also be depressed by the dropping currency, after India's cotton yarn exports have rebounded. Our review of Indian yarn prices covers the domestic and export markets, including carded and combed cotton, poly-cotton, poly-viscose, 100% polyester and 100% viscose. Yarn prices are compared with fiber prices offering latest trends of spinners' margins. Market fundamentals are available on a monthly basis, including production and exports.
