India Yarn Prices: Domestic and Export Markets (Weekly Report)

Cotton yarn prices are no more rising in India, whereas cotton fiber prices are bottoming out, over larger state buying. Profits have recovered in the past weeks at spinning mills, however. Our weekly review of Indian yarn prices covers the domestic and export markets, including carded and combed cotton, poly-cotton, poly-viscose, 100% polyester, and 100% viscose. Major yarn production centers are covered with Tirupur (Tamil Nadu), Bhiwandi (Maharashtra) and Ludhiana (Punjab). Yarn prices are compared with fiber prices, and offering the latest trends of spinners' margins.
