JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities Duties Tasks IT Service Management including Design, catalogue, portfolio, roadmap, etc. Support to the IT department in the successful implementation of the roadmap and efficiency of the IT investments. Application of project management methodologies for IT service deployment projects.
