Suited for space-constrained applications, 11 x 11 x 1.8 mm EZ-BLE™ PSoC® module integrates programmable analog and digital blocks and comes in 32-pad SMT module with 25 GPIOs, 128 KB flash, and 16 KB SRAM. Bluetooth® Smart module, based on PSoC® 4 Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Programmable System-on-Chip with ARM® Cortex®-M0 core, also incorporates CapSense® capacitive touch-sensing functionality, 2 crystals, on-board trace antenna, metal shield, and passive components.
