Internship Finance Transfer Pricing Betzdorf Luxembourg Context 6month internship, starting in January 2019. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Tax Management team in a fastpaced, growing organization within a dynamic industry. Based in Betzdorf, you will assist the Transfer Pricing team in a variety of internal projects. Transfer pricing refers to the establishment of arms length prices within a multinational group for different types of transactions transfer of tangible and intangible assets, provision of services, intragroup financing, etc.. The main functions of the Transfer Pricing team are to ensure that the prices in the intercompany transactions meet the arms length standard, intercompany agreements are complete, and the company complies with any transfer pricing documentation requirements imposed by national or international tax authorities. Responsibilities Assist in the update of the Transfer Pricing Master File Assist in the creation of functional analysis documents and participation in functional analysis interviews Perform economic analyses including benchmarking studies and valuations Preparation of presentations for various external and internal stakeholders Support the Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax teams with any other projects on an adhoc basis. Experience Qualifications Current university student preparing a Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting Strong English business writing skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer literacy including PowerPoint and Excel experience Ability to work as part of a team Fluency in English. Good proficiency in French is desirable EUnationality valid work permit for Luxembourg. We offer you A diverse workplace.
