The enthusiastic candidate we are looking for will act as EO researcher and junior technical project manager of several activities dedicated to the development of the RD areas of the Space Engineering Business Unit, especially in the EO Applications account, as well as downtheline project management activities. He or she will be strongly involved at the bidding stage in the preparation of proposals in response to customer invitations to tender and requests for quotations. The candidate must be a problemkiller and team player, able to work efficiently, proactively and with highquality, given the constraints of time and resources availability of each specific activity. Proactive and upcoming Juniors welcome. Key Requirements BSMSc or PhD in Electronic Engineering, Remote Sensing, Aerospace, Telecommunications or Physics. BasicDetailed knowledge of Remote Sensing principles and data processing. Experience in Software Development C, Idl, Matlab, Python, shellscripts. Very good or Fluent in English spoken and written. Additional Skills Experienced in proposal writing Experienced in project management Knowledge of GNSS principles Knowledge of multispectral, high resolution optical remote sensing Knowledge of satellite altimetry principles Knowledge of SAR principles, interferometry Knowledge of Spanish or Catalan Qualities Transparent and honest Cooperative and team player Openminded and good communicator Well organized and with a cando attitude Self motivated, reliable and responsible Able to handle tasks with a multiscale approach, adopting synoptic view and focusing on details at the same time Start date Immediate
