(Telecompaper) South Korean operator KT has launched an Internet of Small Things (IoST) service based on a nationwide LTE-M network dedicated to IoST services. The company plans to invest KRW 150 billion (approximately USD 128.73 million) to establish the narrow-band IoT (NB-IoT) network and offer 100,000 IoST sensor modules for developers, The Korea Times reports, citing KT's IoT business division senior vice president Kim June-keun.
