Job Description You will be working in the Industry Transformation Department, in charge of the whole transformation of the organization towards a Lean system among the engineering and industrial teams . The main transformation assets are based on Lean methodologies and work process such as visual management, pull flows, problem solving, set based concurrent Engineering, knowledge management or value flows analysis. To contribute to these transformations, you are in charge of deploying and implementing the Lean methodology among the engineering teams of Thales Alenia Space You enliven the dynamic of the transformation by assuring a methodological support and by coaching the development of the Lean principles, its best practices, its tools and its philosophy. You suggest Lean deployment plans among the business and realize ongoing monitoring You set up performance indicators with the management teams Technical skills strong knowledge in the field of continuous improvement you know the whole set of Lean tools experienced in change management in the industrial field a certification Lean Leader would be a plus Preferred skills As a game changer, you know how to convince people People who know you recognize you as a good listener and ability to question things andsolve problems openminded, creative and intellectual curiosity team player You are interested by this offer ?
