We are looking for you as LICENSE MANAGEMENT OFFICER MF Are you looking for a new and interesting activity in an outstanding project in the area of satellite navigation? This could be your field of responsibility Collecting licence information from SegmentProduct manufacturer provided documentation Translating the licence maintenance needs into a preventive maintenance plan based on the inventorydeployed assets Coordinating with ILS Support Desk the in time uploadupdate into the Service Desk ToolsCMAT tool from which individual maintenance tickets are created Maintaining the licence budget files at SPO Level i.e. what licences, how many, where installed etc. supported by centralised tools CMAT Identifying potential risks and shortcomings related to the licence file deployments and needed followup tasks to avoid any problems due to unavailable licences Acting as escalation instance for ILS Support Desk, who is escalating deviations from the preventive maintenance plan which require a followup by the Licence Management Officer Managing escalations to SPO subcontractors related to overdue preventive maintenance tasks Identifying and triggering necessary licence procurement needs via SPO procurement department and maintain status information in centralised tools Supporting SPO procurement department in the procurement and negotiation process of related licences Providing reporting to SPO and GSA management via centralised tools i.e. monthly quarterly reporting inputs Participating to meetings related to licence management GSOp internal and external with GSAESASegments Participatingfollowup potential anomaly reports related to licence issues Ensuring correct recording and reporting of licence maintenance tasks and status via the centralised tools by means of regular followup and reviews Liaising with L2L3 Maintenance team on licence dataneeds as preparatory tasks in the frame of new Ground Infrastructure Releases Supporting Reviews, SPO internal and with GSA Your profile requires University degree in a relevant field e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration Several years of experience in software licence management, from licence need analysis, implementation and maintenance perspective Good understanding of licence terms and conditions and related impacts Good understanding of software licence implementations in data centres e.g. how to maintain licences on servers, workstations etc. Fluent written and spoken English Strong attitude to team work, also leveraging resources not directly dependent on himher Well organised and accurate in maintaining necessary informationdata for related shareholders in this process Fluency in standard office automation tools word processing, spreadsheets, email, Internet, etc. EU citizenship.
