We are looking for an experienced and versatile marketing and communications manager to develop and execute marketing and PR campaigns in support of business objectives. Heshe will be comfortable with daytoday marketing activities, as well as developing mid and longterm strategies, successfully managing multiple internal and external interfaces. The successful applicant will become a member of the Sales and Marketing team. This position is based at our Darmstadt office. It is fulltime and permanent and will start as soon as possible. Deploying successful marketing campaigns in coordination with the relevant stakeholders, and owning their implementation from ideation to execution Managing and improving lead generation campaigns and measuring results. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, agencies and clients. Undertaking continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. Preparing and overseeing the companys marketing budget. Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing QualificationsExperience Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field 8 years in marketing and promotion Proven experience creating marketing campaigns, marketing strategies, and marketing plans. Essential Skills Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy Strong creative outlook Metricsdriven marketing mind with an eye for creativity Strategic thinker with great analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German Ability to quickly adapt to change Desirable Skills Established press and media contacts Familiarity with the Aerospace domain or another engineering technical sector.
