Wir suchen dich als Marketing Manager HD Ghana Ghana Accra ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Marketing Manager is the primary marketing connection to the Ghanaian market and the market launch of HD TV services. HD PLUS GHANA relies on a B2C model and key local distribution partners to reach its target end customers. The role is responsible for all aspects of planning and implementing the Ghanaian B2C marketing strategy for HD TV services. The Marketing Manager enhances brand visibility and brand awareness through continuous local brand management. The job location is in Accra, Ghana, but the role works very strong together with the Marketing and product team in Germany and other departments in Luxemburg. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULT AREAS Responsible for brand management and marketing for B2C in Ghana Oversees to the trends of the Ghanaian market and direct the market research accordingly Responsible for brand management by analyzing and planning on how the brand HD is perceived in the local market. Developing a good relationship between the brand and the target market is essential. Positioning the local subsidiary along the defined companys brand values Define local marketing strategies and objectives Develop a feasible marketing plan Design and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across channels TV, print, digital, social media, POSdistributor, PR, sales trainings, fairs, events etc. Refine and continue implementation of marketing KPIs to analyze and report the outcomes of marketing campaigns Responsible for planning, allocation and control of the local marketing budgets in accordance to organizational objectives Select and lead external marketing agencies and consultants in Ghana COMPETENCIES Experience in leading marketing and communication related projects Highly developed strategic and creative skills Excellent organization and planning skills result oriented Flexibility and proven ability to work successfully and collegially in a multicultural environment Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Sense of accountability for areas of responsibility, combined with an ability to anticipate issues and manage risks Experience in budget management and control QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent Minimum five years of professional experience in B2C marketing Relevant work experience with multinational companies in a responsible marketing role, in the broadcast or telecommunications industry a plus Comprehensive knowledge of the Ghanaian end consumer market and distribution channels Demonstrable skills in developing efficient strategies and plans for all marketing aspects Expertise in planning, implementation and control of marketing measures for B2C Experience in project and agency management English is a must, other West African languages and German a plus Willingness to travel in Ghana and abroad Freu dich auf ein starkes Team mit flachen Hierarchien und steilen Zielen kreativen Freiraum Mentalitt la Startup, Grokonzern als Backup arbeitgeberfinanzierte Altersvorsorge, Equity Zugang zur Gruppenunfallversicherung Zugriff auf das HDSkyAngebot Essensschecks und und und ...
