EADS For Astrium Satellites in Munich within the area Satellite Assembly Integration and Tests AIT Friedrichshafen and Ottobrunn for the department AIT Ottobrunn we are looking for a Mechanical Thermal AIT Responsible fm Sentinel 4. The jobholder will be responsible for the mechanical and thermal AIT of the Sentinel 4 optical instrument. Your responsibilities will include Process planning and reporting Work preparation e.g. procedure generation, kitting, GSE and facility preparation Settingup and implementing a new Integration and Production System Solumina Integrating the instrument and its submodules into the cleanroom class 5 environment In cooperation with AIT management and the floormanager, ensuring that all necessary resources manpower, equipment, GSE, facilities etc. are prepared We are looking for candidates with the following skills Hold a degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent Experience in working in an ISO class 8 environment is mandatory ISO class 5 would be a plus Knowhow of mechanical and thermal integration of sensitive optical hardware Experience in planning mechanical AITs Fluent negotiation level of English and German If you are interested in this position, please apply online via www.jobs.eads.com.
