Available for lightly doped and ultra lightly doped emitter cells, respectively, SOL9621 Series and SOL9620 Series enable cell manufacturers to further optimize c-Si cells' conversion efficiencies. SOL9620 Series, with surface doping concentrations down to 1xE20/cm³, has ability to be fired at peak temperature 15 K less than standard firing temperatures, making it suitable for PERC applications.
