In addition to having a University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, the Key person shall have a demonstrated experience in one or more of the following Spacecraft monitor and control operations Spacecraft operations preparation engineering Low Earth Orbit spacecraft design or Assembly Integration and Test activities at system or subsystem level. Furthermore, it would be a distinct advantage for the Key person to have experience with some of the following Inorbit operations of Low Earth Orbit Earth Observation satellites Experience in the operation or development of satellite ground segment facilities, in particular procedure development, monitor and control, mission planning, onboard software management, performance analysis, configuration management and simulator facilities Specification of system and operational concepts, facility requirements Familiarity with system change control and configuration management procedures Data analysis software packages such as MATLAB File parsing languages such as PERL, AWK Use of VBA for development of adhoc tools in MS Office applications. The Key person should be selfmotivated and able to work in an organized and efficient manner with minimum supervision. Strong data analysis, processing and synthesis skills are essential and an ability to recognize opportunities for improvements in areas of work and implement appropriate solutions is highly desirable. The working language for this position is English and therefore the Key Person must be able to work effectively in this language.
