Operating from 8–16 V supply, UFC 430 allows connection of up to 3 encoder feedback components into one module that acts as data collection device with latching capabilities. This 3-axis input device can accept either TTL or 1 Volt peak-to-peak interfaces, and each 1 V peak-to-peak interface encoder can be further interpolated up to 400 times. Other features include 3 counter channels with 32 bits each, one load and 2 latch registers for each channel, and event counter with integrated timer.
