Na'i Aupuni cancels Native Hawaiian election

Healani Pale held a sign in front of the state capitol on Nov. 13 in protest of the scheduled Na'i Aupuni elections. Native Hawaiian community leader Walter Ritte publicly disenrolled from the Native Hawaiian Roll and withdrew hiscandidacy from the Nai Aupuni Native Hawaiian election and 'Aha on Oct. 28. Alika Desha, Kalaimoku and Chancellor,Royal Order of Kamehameha, gave his support to Ritte, with wife Loretta.
