RHEA is currently recruiting a Navigation Satellite Constellation Analyst to support the deployment of Europes navigation satellite constellation at our clients premises in Darmstadt, Germany. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Maintain the strategy for the constellation deployment and maintenance, and select the constellation slots for each satellite as a function of planned launch schedule, and validity period actual launch time and launch vehicle launch and satellites constraints satellites already deployed in the constellation computation of constellation performance build up and Station Keeping SK optimisation based on Galileo SK strategy. For this matter, the staff delivering the services shall follow up the development of launch vehicle and satellite in aspects relevant to this task, in addition to assess intermediate constellation performances. This selection shall be updated as per launch schedule plan updates. Define as per SK strategy defined in IOV SCDR, taking into account launch window, potential launch periods, and other contingencies the launch window the target separation orbit for the launch vehicle and the target final orbit to reach after fine positioning. In addition the staff delivering the services shall perform sensitivity analysis of the target orbits with respect to errors launch contingencies analysis Review and evaluate operations planning, procedures preparation and evaluation, execution, reporting, and shall provide needed inputs for each satellite launched, including LEOP providers Flight Dynamics plan IOT planning from the orbital aspects point of view LEOP including fine positioning and IOT operations Final orbit position achievement Routine operations related to orbital aspects Special operations safe mode, SK manoeuvres, etc. Analysis to support to SLR campaigns Disposalgraveyard orbit optimisation minimum and maximum eccentricity growth and sensitivity to errors. Refine the Project assumptions using real data, regarding orbit determination with real and simulated data, based on Sband, angular, Lband, SLR, optical calibration of measurement systems apriori noise using covariance analysis manoeuvre planning, by reviewing actual operational experience manoeuvre error budget, by calibrating manoeuvres Evaluate of postflight data, regarding among others Sband transponder stability sun radiation pressure model thrust performance Prototype SW for functionalities that are required for the analysis and not available in available SW at the GPO Provide the necessary suitable hardware preferable a highend laptop and own Astrodynamics and Mission Analysis tools, own development tools compilers, debuggers, engineering tools MATLABtype, office tools MS Office type.
