Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Definition of requirementsSoW, analysis of proposals from provider, WPactivity management. Acceptance of deliverables and transfer to operations. Assessment and analysis of Customers needs, definition of proposals. Define and manage the implementation of sustaining activities leveraging from the existing 2nd level and 3rd level ICT support contracts. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Master Degree in the relevant discipline. Relationship management. Ability to propose priorities to make the best use of limited resources. Problem solving. Result oriented. Understanding of ESAESRIN corporate environment.
