November 2013 North American PCB Statistical Program shows year-on-year sales growth strengthened while book-to-bill ratio declined to 0.91. Total PCB shipments increased 4.0% from November 2012. While still negative compared to same period in 2012, year-to-date shipment growth improved to -2.3% in November. Bookings fell 6.7% year-over-year, pushing year-to-date order growth back to -0.4%.
