Disruption of the launcher and manufacturing industries has already taken place the ground station and ground segments are in the process. Next in line in the satellite data value chain is the operational domain. The operations of mega constellations and growing number of commercial smallmicronano satellites requires that the costs of satellite operations decrease both for CAPEX and OPEX. We are inventing the next generation of operations concepts and ground segment software and are looking to hire brilliant minds to shape these exciting projects with us! We want you to establish new concepts that the industry desperately needs. You will join our highly dynamic team, consisting of operations experts, SW engineers and business profiles We are looking for innovators without preconceptions, but instead with disruptive ideas. It is likely that you are already working in the space industry, but your drive is to change it! You have broad expertise in satellite operations, both single satellite missions as well as constellations. You can quickly connect the dots from the mission requirements, which you may redefine through interpretation of the clients user stories, to mission analysis all the way to system budgets and financial drivers. You understand and appreciate the institutional way of operating satellites, but have a strong opinion on how this will have evolved in 5 years from now. Similarly, you understand how to streamline and automate commercial constellation operations. This position is placed in our Headquarters in Europahaus in Darmstadt, Germany.
