Philippines DOTC to test new LRVs for Metro Rail Transit Line 3

The Philippines Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) has announced that the first of 48 light rail vehicles (LRV) for the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) will be operational by the end of the first quarter this year.
