Containing 6 bits phase control, 6 bits attenuation control, and 26 dB gain, X-Band Core Chip (MAMF-011015) integrates CMOS logic driver with GaAs Transmit/Receive MMIC within SMT, 7 x 7 mm, QFN package. This serial/parallel interface, suited for commercial radar applications, comprises common leg circuit with digital attenuators, phase shifters, low noise receive chain, and transmit driver amplifier.
