Polyester fiber prices are now declining in China with both staple fiber and filament markets confronted with a weaker demand from processors after inventories have been replenished. PSF prices have continued rising in the meantime in Pakistan. Our weekly report covers the Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) on the domestic markets in China, India, and Pakistan. Polyester filament prices in China are also released, whereas the report includes a price comparison of polyester with cotton and viscose in China.
