Polyester fiber prices have continued surging in the last seven days in China where PSF prices have gained more than 10% in a single week. The spectacular rally has been triggered by a surge of PTA prices in the Far East which could now return to lower levels. Our weekly report covers the Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) on the domestic markets in China, India, and Pakistan. Polyester filament prices in China are also released, whereas the report includes a price comparison of polyester with cotton and viscose in China.
