Polyester chain prices Wednesday plunged in China, in line with a sudden drop in crude oil prices. Polyester filament prices have resisted, however, whereas staple fiber prices heavily fell. Our weekly report covers the Polyester Staple Fibers (PSF) and the Polyester Filament Yarns (POY, DTY, FDY) in China, India, and Pakistan.
