THE POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST NEAR 8 MPH...13 KM/H. THE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO SLOW DOWN AND BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO.
