DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 1100 PM AST (0300 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Bonnie was located near latitude 34.7 North, longitude 63.6 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the east-southeast near 16 mph (26 km/h). This general motion with some increase in forward speed is expected on Sunday. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. These winds are expected to gradually decrease on Sunday before the system degenerates into a trough. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1009 mb (29.80 inches). HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- None.
