THE POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 8 MPH...13 KM/H...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THIS EVENING. THE REMNANT LOW IS FORECAST TO SLOW DOWN TONIGHT AND THEN BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY ON MONDAY. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 30 MPH...45 KM/H...WITH HIGHER GUSTS. GRADUAL WEAKENING IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. THE ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1003 MB...29.62 INCHES. HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- RAINFALL...THE REMNANTS OF IVO ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE TOTAL RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES...WITH POSSIBLE ISOLATED MAXIMUM AMOUNTS OF 5 INCHES...ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE BAJA CALIFORNIA PENINSULA.
