We are currently looking for a Presales Engineer to support our customer in Turkey. Presales Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is a leading provider of satellite data communications services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa with significant international spectrum rights and a network. In this role your tasks will include Provide technical presales support to sales team across Europe and the Middle East Responsibility for pre and post sales engineering support process and documentation Design and deliver product presentations and demonstrations Gather and understand prospect requirements Design elegant and effective value add solution propositions Manage technical RFIRFP responses and commercial trials content and process Document and communicate customer implementation plan and deliverables to internal functions Project manage customer post sales implementation Engage with internal functions such as engineering, logistics and legal to craft customer solutions Provide feedback to product management and engineering functions. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree or equivalent in a relevant field Previous experience in technical product or presales engineering Technical working knowledge of IP networking with CCNA Good understanding of RF and satellite communications, including key concepts such as link budgeting, modulation, VSAT hardware and networking Ability to effectively present solutions to a wide range of prospects, from technical to board level Ability to travel worldwide Would be an advantage to understand RF and satellite communications, Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
