Process Planning Engineer Deadline for applications 14072020 Job Description For our client we are looking for a Process Planning Engineer for their location in Lampoldshausen, Germany. Tasks and Responsibilities Creation, management and updating of integrated MAITproduction plans, taking into account capacities, milestones, work processes and project specifics Maintenance and administration of plans in complex planning databases, e.g. Oracle PRIMAVERAPLANISWARE Responsibility of the production OTD escalation process meetings and implementation Coordination of all necessary processes along the valueadded chain including efficient control communication on quality, on time, on cost Development of possible solutionsscenarios for integrated production planning in case of conflicts Development and establishment of functional work and business processes to ensurefulfil the tasks in the areas of production planning e.g. OTD process, Primavera, servermethods, selfprogrammed IT solutions Definition and implementation of measures to increase efficiency under the aspect of continuous improvement e.g. LEAN management, IR projects, improvement plan Initiation and control of cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects Monitoring of projects for the implementation of digitization projects Development and management of a databasesupported IT tool to support a controlled, crossfunctional communication of OnTimeDelivery Management, including the associated KPI reporting Preparation of customer and project reporting and consulting of interfaces. Requirements At least Bachelors degree in Technical studies or Economics At least detailed knowledge of MSOffice Experience with planning databases e.g. PRIMAVERAPLANISWARE in production or project management German minimum business fluent English at least proficient Statecertified technician REFA technician At least 35 years of experience in a production area, preferably in aerospace, or in special machine construction Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information The ability to integrate into a team A high degree of responsibility, resilience and organisational talent.
