It employs some 40,000 employees generating revenues of approximately 14 billion per year.A vacancy for a Product LifeCycle Management PLM Architect mf has arisen within Airbus Defence process, methods tool applicationYou will ensure that The leadership of a multinational, multidisciplined team, partnering IM in defining a clear vision, efficient highly reliable PLM solution, All aspects of the product life cycle from business winning to customer delivery are effectively covered within the harmonised solution, Within the PLM project nonrecurring mode and subsequent maintenance recurring mode, all formal reviews, programme controls, risk and opportunity management, cost control, change management and customer satisfaction measures are exercised, An efficient clear technical coordination of assembled expert and specialist teams within a matrix structure accomplished through team building, decisionmaking and milestone management, The demonstration of excellent interpersonal skills including engaging at all levels through active sustained communication, presentation and driven by high levels of motivation and project ambition. This role will involve some travel for business twice a month in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Educated to Masters level or equivalent, 5 years of experience in PLM andor System engineering, Experience of business operations and application of tools and processes within the workplace, experience of either external companys application of business enterprise tools andor experience of working with consultancies within PLM applications, Familiarity of Multinational change management, with international coordination across Business Lines, Clusters and Units with resultant integration within operational processes, Information Management programmes and Technical knowledge awareness of I.T. organisation, methodology, systems design coding practise, Ability to translate systems architecture through design and development to generating operational efficiency and agility within the operations environment, Leadership skills, Strong communication skills, A negotiation level of English, French, Spanish andor German would be a plus.Please apply online for this vacancy with your CV attached in English.Airbus Group is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
