We are currently looking for a PA QA Manager to support our customer in Germany. Product Quality Assurance Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customers activities are in the field of scientific and Earth observation missions. The scope of activities covers design and engineering work at mission and satellite system level, the development and production of space equipment such as solar generators, high precision mechanisms, attitude sensors and launch services support. You will support the product assurance activities in the areas of mechanical parts, optoelectrical parts, solar generators and mechanisms. Your responsibilities will include Management of product assurance tasks including maintenance and adaptation of relevant documentation at firm level and the quality management system Planning, support and implementation of product assurance tasks, in particular Creation of projectspecific product assurance plans, of product assurance requirements internally and for subcontractors Preparation, participation in and execution of major product reviews such as PDRs, CDRs, MRRs, MIPs, TRRs, TRBs and DRB Preparation, support and release of technical PA documentation Component, subsystem evaluation and support preparation of RAMS, FMECA, etc. documents Part, Materials and Process evaluation and support preparation of PMPLists and approvals Coordination implementation monitoring of product assurance tasks internally and for subcontractors with respect to development, manufacturing, inspection and testing Preparation and coordination of product acceptance documentation e.g. EIDP, VCD Preparation and execution of internal and external audits Preparation, participation in and execution of Nonconformance Review Boards and Configuration Control Boards. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in engineering, physics or equivalent Professional experience in product assurance within a space environment Experience with mechanical and optoelectrical parts, solar generators and mechanisms Familiarity with ECSS, ESCC and MIL standards Ability to work independently as well as in a team Good organizational and communication skills Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of German would be an advantage.
