We are currently looking for a ProductQuality Assurance Engineer to support our customer in the Netherlands. ProductQuality Assurance Engineer Test Facility Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Galileo Test Campaign team resident at the test facility in Noordwijk, you will have the following responsibilities Support in product assurance matters visvis ESA Contribution for satellite acceptance at the test facility quality inspection of security seals and delivery completeness, control of unloading and storage procedure in Galileo dedicated cleanroom Verification of test centre access control measures to the satellite area Review and approval of AsRun Test Procedures SignOffSheet Control of test facility readiness and test equipment calibrations Placement of acceleration sensors and search run for the vibration test Performance of Test Readiness and Post Test Reviews Witnessing of AIT activities. NCR processing performance of MIPs and generation of MIP reports Control for completeness of all functional tests before, during and after all environmental tests vibration, thermal cycle, acoustic noise, EMC Monitor test results recording Support configuration management activities asbuilt status, accountability items Monitor preparations for transport of the satellite to the launch base Verification and tracking of safety controls and measures Support the safety engineer concerning hazard report closeout Weekly reporting to Galileo Product Assurance Manager. Skills and Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience A degree in engineering, physics or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in product assurance in the space industry Experience leading teams and making decisions Excellent negotiation and communication skills, flexibility, ability to work independently Confidence in dealing with travels to customer Fluency in English is mandatory.
