Celestia Satellite Test Simulation BV provides innovative hightech solutions to the international space community to support spacecraft development, AIT and post launch services. The company operates from Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Our core activities include the designdevelopment and support of Simulation Testing EGSE Products, TTC TMTC Systems, HighRate TTC Modems and Data Processing Systems. In order to strengthen our organization we are looking for a Project Product Assurance Manager. The primary tasks associated with this position are Defining, refining and implementing the Product AssuranceQuality processes within the company. Responsibility for establishing the roadmap to achieve ISO9001AS9100. Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety. Reviewing customer requirements to ensure that they can beare being met Preparation of project product assurance documentation, e.g. PA Safety Plans Preparation and management of RFDRFWs, NCRs and participation in NRBMRBs Participation in formal customer reviews Design Test related Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level Perform or coordinate internal audits product and process and manage any corrective actions Interact with customers and suppliers in QualityProduct Assurance matters Participate in bidproposal preparations The successful candidate will have following qualificationsexperienceattributes Engineer Degree level with 4 years of experience in Product Assurance disciplines. Experience in defining and implementing ISO9001AS9100 compliant ProductQuality Assurance processes and procedures Experience within the space domain with a working knowledge of ESA ECSS development and quality standards for ground andor flight product applications Experience in the domain of electronic system development hardwarefirmware and software Have strong communication and collaboration skills Have experience in interacting with customers, subcontractors and suppliers Experience in supporting the Engineering Teams and have a proactive attitude towards solving problems Experience in configuration management documentation, hardware, software, etc For a practical and motivated individual, this position will offer an exciting challenge where they can contribute directly in the growth of this dynamic SME.
