We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to support our customer in Germany. Quality Assurance Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the team, you will have the following responsibilities Assisting in the definition and implementation of TSS processes i.e. engineering, management and supporting processes PerformingSupporting assessments of TSS processes and recommending improvements Monitoring selected processes, such as anomaly management processes, and providing statistics on them Supporting TSS risk management processes and associated reviews Providing support in the implementation and improvement of the TSS Quality Assurance Plan and quality processes in TSS Providing training in Quality matters to members of TSS Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University Degree in a relevant discipline Good knowledge of the ISO 9000 series Experience of working in an environment where an ISO 9001 certified management system is established and maintained Knowledge of the management, engineering and quality assurance activities performed for a project, as typically defined in a formal project management methodology Experience of documenting work activities in the form of process definitions, procedures and working practices, plus good userviewpoint writing skills Experience of Quality Assurance auditing process assessment Skilled in proficiently using Microsoft Office tools suite Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of French or another European language is an advantage.
