The Quality Assurance Department QA is now looking for Senior Quality Assurance Engineers to join GomSpaces exciting journey facing the challenges of tomorrows satellite missions. Be responsible for defining and coordinating the quality activities within a program GomSpace is expanding its Quality Assurance activities to cover new programs, new customers, and new requirements. This requires 3 new engineers for the quality department that, in close cooperation with customers, program management, RD and manufacturing, must meet the goals of tomorrow. You will be part of a strong QA team, and with reference to the Quality Director, and in close cooperation with the Program Managers, you will have the full responsibility for defining and coordinating the quality activities of the program and be the main interface to the customers on quality matters. This includes Define quality activities on the program in line with defined processes Lead verification activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements Implement internal requirements in the verification program Coordinate verification activities Manage interfaces to other programs and activities Apply GomSpace processes to the program Manage reviews, gates, and documentation in the program Support further development of the GomSpace Management System GMS Embrace teamwork within the group, proactively mentor, develop team members. Experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Project Manager You probably hold a degree within engineering or another education that makes you familiar with administrative quality processes. You have several years of experience from a similar position and substantial QAexperience related to projects and product development in an industry with high reliability and advanced products. You are selfmotivated and you have a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. Experience with programproject management is an advantage. You have proven experience in process implementation, strong analytical skills, creative and critical thinking abilities, and problemsolving skills. You are familiar with relevant Quality Assurance Industry Standards, best practices, and methodologies. Your communication skills are excellent, and through your empathy and outgoing behaviour, you communicate naturally with all levels in an organization. You are used to working with complex issues without losing track, and your approach is always with problem solving as a point of focus. You speak English on a professional level. Position Reference 859 We are currently looking for a SW Quality Assurance Engineer to work t our clients premised in the city of Darmstadt, Germany. SW Quality Assurance refers to Product and Process Assurance applied to SW components and SWintensive Systems under the Technical and Scientific Support Department TSS responsibility and during their development and maintenance phases. The SW Quality Assurance Engineer shall contribute to the implementation of TSS QA activities and responsibilities. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Attend project and technical meetings addressing software quality and engineering aspects. Review technical documentation mostly at SW SW System level. Provide SW Quality Assurance service to TSS engineering activities and processes, such as Verification and Validation, including the VV planning the preparation, execution and closure follow up of TRRTRBs and witnessing of testing. Organisation, implementation and follow up of development related reviews. Planning, preparation, execution and follow up of Incoming Inspections and Delivery Reviews, Follow up of the suppliers quality aspects, including support to quality audits and gathering of quality related indicator. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University degree minimum Bachelor in Computer Science or a related technical field, complemented by at least 3 years of professional experience in SW checks and analysis, SW Quality or SW Engineering. Experience in the use of SW analysis tools such as SW Quality and IPR checking tools. Experience in the analysis of IPR checking results, associated risks and formulation of derived recommendations. Experience in the management of services called by users, acting as interface with them and managing their requests until closure.
