HE Space is a successful international space company. For over 30 years, we have been supporting our customers with qualified experts in the field of engineering, science and administration. We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to support our customer in France. Quality Assurance Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is the European agency in charge of managing the European satellite navigation programs, Galileo and EGNOS. As part of the team, you will have the following responsibilities Preparing, implement and followup of internal audits Supporting inhouse training activities on quality management Maintaining the Quality Management System QMS documentation Reviewing other documents produced by GSA from a quality management perspective Supporting the development of procedures and work instructions Maintaining the processes related to Anomaly Reporting Recording and synthesising customer feedback and data on corrective and preventive actions Collating and analyse qualityrelated indicator reports Collecting other relevant data to allow for evaluation of the effectiveness of the QMS Assisting in the maintenance of Risk Management activities Assisting in the establishment of an Integrated Management System including Information Security and Safety Management Gap analysis and action plan proposals Implementation other actions required to maintain quality certification to the IS0 9001 standard Assisting GSMC management in the implementation of document management activities Supporting the preparation of document deliveries related to milestones Contributing to the management and version control of operational procedures Assisting tests and operational validation activities with a focus on Product Assurance Maintaining the QMrelated interface between French subcontractors and the GSMC Supporting the activities of Anomaly Review Boards ARB and Change Control Boards CCB Facilitating the implementation of risk management within the project team. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University Degree in a relevant discipline Several years of professional experience in Quality Assurance management Excellent knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
