Quality Product Assurance Manager With the development of advanced space solutions for over 45 years, Terma Space pioneers the Danish space industry. We provide customized software and hardware products for scientific and commercial satellites, including the very ambitious Rosetta mission. Space has facilities in Denmark Lystrup and Herlev, the Netherlands Leiden and in Germany Darmstadt. We are in total more than 160 employees in the Space business area. Read more about Space at httpwww.terma.comspace. We are looking for a Quality Product Assurance Manager, for our location in Lystrup. You will be a part of a wide quality organization, which covers a number of areas in the organization in Terma. The quality organization preserves the quality management system in Terma, and performs quality assurance activities in sales, development, production and project support. Main Tasks Write Product Assurance, contamination, safety and component management plans. Participate and prepare milestone reviews PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, etc. with the customer and ESA. Provide Product Assurance support in the design process with respect to FMECA, WCA, Radiation, PSA etc. Prepare declared lists DPL, DML, DMPL, and DCL and drive the MPCB process. Perform Mandatory Inspections Points MIP on space flight hardware. Your professional qualifications Applicants must have a university degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering. Experience in working in the Aerospace environment is highly desirable. Experience in dealing with Space Sector is a distinct advantage The candidate shall preferably have the following competences andor work experience Experience in Quality Assurance processes definition, implementation, monitoring and control. Experience in Quality and Product Assurance for design, development and production of electronic equipment. Familiar with ECSS Standards. Experience in working on collaborative programs between different partners Leadership experience with managing a small QPA teamdepartment High level in English, both verbal and written is mandatory.
