DATE ALTERED: Commercial real estate agent Chris Gollins is facing disciplinary tribunal charges for misrepresenting an agency agreement by backdating it. A prominent Wellington commercial real estate agent has admitted to altering the date on an agency agreement relating to a $4.5 million supermarket deal.
