Alex Milshteyn of Howard Hanna, pictured outside a house for sale on Enclave Lane in Ann Arbor, said the 2012 real estate market in Washtenaw County was "very dynamic." With historically low interest rates, declining inventory and a rebounding economy, 2012 was the best year for the Washtenaw County housing market in half a decade.
