Position Reference 441 You will have the opportunity to provide support to the Resource Management Section in Technology Directorate of our client, ESTEC. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Translation control of recorded manpower hours to financial recharge to customers and internal cost receivers. Control of the Directorates manpower Analysis Centre forecast, monitoring, analysis and control of all costs contributing to the Directorates manpower rate. Financial implementation and operations of the TEC Manpower Frame Contract for contractor support includes monthly manpower mission GRNs, annual financial reconciliation, implementation of new contracts in esap. Development of reporting dashboards in Tableau. Support in the management of the Directorates resources and technical infrastructure. Support in the implementation of the Directorates overall workforce resource planning, competency evolution and controlling. Implementing and operating uniform procedures and information systems for the management and control of activities , ensuring proper coherence and quality of data Participating in the definition of efficient processes, methods and tools, with particular emphasis on continuous improvement. Monitoring recruitment, functional and integrated support, competency evolution and succession planning Controlling the Directorates Analysis Centre. Financial implementation of contracts, controlling and reporting. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Masters in Engineering or equivalent or MBA or equivalent University degree from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, with relevant experience. You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. You possess excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manage large complex data sets and have an affinity with manpower control. You have experience in workforce management processes. You have experience in creation and development of Tableau dashboards. Familiarity with SAP and the agencys cost model would be a distinct advantage. You are proficient in the English language, both written and spoken, knowledge of another official ESA language is an asset. You have experience in controlling andor management of activities and resources in aerospace industry. You are highly proficient in the use of modern activities and resource management support toolsdatabases of standard office automation support software packages including in particular advance usage of Excel MsOffice and in particular advanced use of Excel. The following skills would be highly desirable You are familiar with relevant ESA corporate applications e.g. ESAp. How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
