We are looking for an experienced, senior engineer to lead a 2person vector control team in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The Vector Control Lead Engineer will work closely with the Guidance Navigation and Propulsion teams to develop the vector control systems for our launch vehicles. Minimum Requirements The candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience on thrust vector control systems including gimbalthrust vector systems and trajectory modelling. Experience in design, test and operational use of the systems. Ability to work towards demanding deadlines, problemsolve, innovate and manage technical risks with agility. Fully conversant with International standards ECSSMilstdNASA etc. Ability to model with CAD InventorSolidworks ideally and Fluid dynamics toolsets e.g. ASTOS. The position will report to the Head of Guidance Navigation, and be based at our facility in Gold Coast, Australia.
