Veteran businessman Sir Ron Brierley has upped his stakes in Kirkcaldie & Stains ahead of a payday after a deal with Australian store David Jones. An announcement on the NZX shows Brierley upped his share in the Wellington department store from 5.7 per cent to 6.9 per cent.
